  • ■ Price of Mexican gasolines, diesel rise in March 2010
    The Mexican Association of Gasoline Entities announced that the price of Magna gasoline rose to Ps 8.04 Mexican pesos per liter from Ps 7.98 on Saturday March 6, 2010, while the price of Premium gasoline rose to Ps 9.74 per liter from Ps 9.70.
  • Japan opens wallet for Mexico oil, gas project
    The Japan Bank for International Cooperation will lend $600 million to help Mexico's state-owned Petroleos Mexicanos (Pemex) develop oil and gas fields in the Chicontepec Basin, northeast of Mexico City, the Nikkei reported.

  • Pemex posts $3.49 billion loss in 2009
    State-owned Petroleos Mexicanos, Mexico’s largest company, said it posted a net loss of some 46.1 billion pesos (about $3.49 billion) in 2009, a figure that was 58.8 percent below the loss posted the previous year.
